As a child Amon was an oddity within the city, lacking the common traits of his kind, instead of the darkened skin and fire-like hair, Amon was born much more alike to the humans of the martial plane, having black hair and white skin. The distinct lack of features of his kind didn’t stop with appearance, as it seemed that besides the physical difference, Amon also lacked the deep magical connection with fire, that all Fire genasi have. This however did not stop his parents from loving him, despite being different, they raised him as best as they could.
