}}The Seer is an ancient and mysterious being with ties to the force of fate. Very little information is known about The Seer, although his influence in many areas has been felt, whether they be large or small.

==== Introduction ====
The Seer was first encountered in the Nostalgic Octopus tavern in Bleakburn, a growing town in the Lawful Territories. He approached the group's table and introduced himself as Ryven Venkin, but later gave himself the title "The Seer".  After some light introductory conversation, The Seer revealed his knowledge of how the adventurers came to coincidentally meet in this tavern, and suggested that the group pursue their futures by venturing north to Wintergrasp. The Seer was the first to refer to the Lightbringers as "Fate's Chosen".

==== Unseen Influences ====
The Seer's actions have influenced The Lightbringers on a few occasions. Notably, Ceryss Ningel was given 6 finely crafted stones of tracing by a "peasant with a strange name" who told her she would need them one day.
